I grew up in the house with a father who didn't believe in cell phones or watching too much TV. A dad who can tell time with just a stick and the sunshine. An expert bumble-bee catcher and master sandcastle sculptor. Now with two children of my own, I look back on my childhood memories exploring in nature with my father and hope to cultivate the same experience for my four and seven year old here in the Northeast. I believe in mud. In catching fireflies and eating snow. Together, we love navigating through trails and burying each other in the sand. invite you to allow kids to teeter on logs. I welcome you to join us and make a holy mess in the mud. To climb the trees. To build the forts. To let them be little. Let's head outside.
