Jodie coordinated today’s walk. It was a beautiful, humid morning with smoldering clouds that broke into hot sun a little later.

We covered about 5 miles and spotted a couple of herons along the riverfront, and some amazed and amused cyclists on the path.

All babies were in fine spirits! About half strollered it and half used carriers; both worked out just fine. For some, our walk was followed by a tasty lunch at Salty’s…

Next week’s hike is Leif Erickson Trail (as far as you want to go), meeting at the top of NW Thurman St.
