Nicholl found Hike it Baby after feeling isolated Nicholl found Hike it Baby after feeling isolated in a new place and struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. She found that when you have a new baby and you are adjusting to a new baby, new body and new physical constraints all while taking care of a new person it's incredibly intimidating, but with Hike it Baby she felt like she had finally found her people.

This Mother’s Day we have one wish - that every new parent has a chance to know about the healing benefits of time outside with their newborn (link is in our bio!)

As parents, we know that every time a family grows As parents, we know that every time a family grows, it’s an amazing and exciting time! We also know it can be challenging, bringing about feelings of insecurity, isolation and the baby blues. That’s what our Turn the Blues Green program is all about! We help new moms know that from one mother to another, Mother Nature is there to help calm nerves, provide a breath of fresh air, and shine some sun into the cloudy moments. The Hike it Baby community is available and eager to help their family figure out how to take their first steps outside together.

With countless unique journeys into parenthood, our community has varied experiences, but one thing in common – getting outside made a positive impact on their mental health. As a fan of Hike it Baby, we know that you believe in our mission and the importance of bringing it outside! Our goal is to raise $15,000 this Mother’s Day. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing community, we have raised $6,495 so far, but need your help to reach our goal!
