Tech support

Hey there Hike it Baby friend! We’re sorry you are experiencing problems with the website. We hope that we can quickly resolve this for you. Below are common scenarios with easy fixes!

Registration/Login Issues

**Since moving to free membership, we’ve identified an issue where some users may login, attempt to view a hike, and then still receive a message to log in.  PLEASE EMAIL US! This is a quick fix, and we can get you up and running again quickly!**

  • Most registration/login issues are resolved by clearing your cache & cookies, restarting your web browser and attempting again. Instructions on how to do this are at the bottom of the page.
  • If clearing cache & cookies does not resolve it, check for pop-up blockers. This may be preventing a window from opening up and continuing the process.
  • If you continue to have issues, please fill out the Tech Support Contact form at the bottom of page.

Password Issues

  • If you recently changed your password and it’s not working, most likely it’s attempting to log in with a cached page that contains your previous password. Please clear your cache & cookies, restart your web browser and try again. Instructions on how to do this are at the bottom of the page.
    • If you continue to have trouble viewing the Calendar, please fill out the Tech Support Contact form at bottom of page
