Together We Hike

Hike it Baby supports all families, builds communities, and celebrates nature. This year, Hike it Baby is turning six! That’s five years of connecting families with babies and young children to the outdoors and each other. Another year of supporting all families, building community, and celebrating nature! Join us in sharing Hike it Baby with others and giving back to our communities and trails. This year we are focusing on hosting and participating in trail cleanups nationwide. Join us!

Help build community

HiB Summer Community T-shirt campaign

Since we launched our new mission, vision, and values earlier this year we have been working hard to not only talk about them but also live them in our daily work at Hike it Baby. As we enter our sixth year as an organization through Together We Hike this July we’re also celebrating our value of supporting all families through the first Hike it Baby Community Campaign. Get a unique Hike it Baby shirt and 10% of proceeds will be donated to OUT There Adventures, an organization that supports LGBTQ+ kids to get outside. Fulfilling our goal to get ALL families outside is a big task and we are so excited for the opportunity to support another organization doing this work.

We are in this together and together we hike.

Campaign ends 7/31/19. Options available for all from infant to adult.

HiB Deuter Dirtbag and LNT card fundraiser

Deuter and Leave No Trace (LNT) have partnered with Hike it Baby to create a one-of-a-kind dirtbag. These small bags are designed to make it easy to pick up trash wherever your adventures may take you. LNT has also contributed Kid Leave No Trace resource cards that make teaching younger generations the value in protecting our trails.

Donate $30 and as a thank you from us, receive a one-of-a-kind Hike it Baby Deuter Dirtbag & a Kids Leave No Trace resource card. 30% of proceeds will be donated to Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics, an organization working to protect the outdoors by teaching and inspiring people to enjoy it responsibly.

Donations are tax-deductible. The campaign runs while supplies last.

Tracking HiB’s impact

Scheduling and encouraging trail cleanups are only one part of the equation. We need YOUR help to track the impact of our community. Help us measure the impact of #TogetherWeHike by filling out the form below. By filling it out you are automatically entering your local community branch for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card towards a local party. The form will be open for the whole month of July! Fill it out each time you pick up trash. ALL are invited to track their trash pickup (U.S. and international).
